You can register for a class or service online, by visiting our office or calling/messaging us. Registration fee of £45 and/or the full course fees are required immediately upon registration. The registration fee amount can be, if applicable and agreed, deducted from the total course fee once the fees are due. The registration fee amount may vary depending on the course selected.
All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
The Website Policies, fees, and Terms & Conditions may change or be updated occasionally without notice to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore, the Customers are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
We accept credit/debit cards and purchase orders as methods of payment for our classes and services. If you pay via credit /debit card, there might be an additional fee that reflects the card operator charges. This fee may vary between 1.69% and 3.75%.
If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in GBP. we may add other currencies in the future.
All courses and services fees must be paid for and cleared, at least 7 days prior to the start of the first class/session and/or service unless prior arrangements have been made.

You obtain your course/class/service schedule by calling us if the schedule is not shown or associated with the selected program.
Client/Student/candidate substitutions might be processed in writing at any time prior to the class start date without incurring any change fee. In case of substitution is needed, we suggest that you call us at the soonest.
You may reschedule your class/service/course participation, free of charge, with written notification at any time at least 31 calendar days prior to the Service/class/course original start date and apply your service to the same course/service within 2 months of the original starting date, provided that space exists and Instructor/service provider is available at that time. A £100 change fee will be charged each time a reschedule occurs if the starting date is up to 15 working days prior to the original starting date. Any reschedule request received less than 15 working days prior to the original starting date is subject to immediate payment of the total service/course/class fee plus a £200 change fee. The change fee applies each time a reschedule occurs.
Cancellation & Refund
Manchester Business Training & Consultancy Ltd reserves the right to postpone/cancel a class/service/course or change the location due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness/unavailability, force-majeure events such as but not limited to inclement weather, or any other reason we believe is important.
- If we cancel a service/course/class, 100% of your fees will be refunded.
- If a client/candidate/student cancels a registration 31 calendar days or more prior to the service starting date, 100% of your fees will be refunded less £50 (registration/admin fee)
- If a client/candidate/student cancels a registration 15 working days prior to to the service starting date, 15% of the total fees + £50 registration/admin fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded back.
- If a client/candidate/student cancels a registration less than 10 working days prior to to the service starting date, no refund will be made.
- If a student cancels a registration after they have rescheduled a class, no refund will be made.
If you paid for your service with a check or cash, and you choose to cancel, you must contact Manchester Business Training & Consultancy Ltd to receive any amount due as applicable. Refunds are automatically processed on credit card transactions only.
For courses and classes, students requesting any materials 15 or more calendar days prior to their course/class starting date, the full course/class feed and payment shall be made immediately and they will not be given any refund if they cancel their enrollment. Online classes, courses and/or downloads are not refundable at any time. Failure to attend a traditional or virtual/online class/course/session without written notification by email at least 2 days prior to the start date, is considered a ‘no show’ and will result in forfeiture of the entire session/class/course fee.
If refunds will be made, it will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
We may record online or other classes. However, Clients/candidates/Students are not permitted to record the sessions unless they have a written confirmation allowing them to do so and after the approval of all participants, if applicable. If you have concerns about these recordings, please contact us directly.
Other terms & Conditions
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt. Egypt is our country of domicile.
Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User for payment on this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website payments.
“manbtc.co.uk” will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law.
